“泓” 納江海之鮮，藏味於深邃；“宴” 承古今之韻，獻食於知音。泓宴團隊恪守粵菜 “識材、知時、善變” 本真，踏遍各地採擷靈感，於傳統粵味中注入西式烹飪的細膩，以當季鮮材為基，極致追求品質，讓百年粵味在新意中流 轉，每一口皆是匠心與創意的共鳴。
“Hong” accepts the freshest delights from rivers and seas, hiding depth within its flavors; “Yan” inherits the charm of past and present, offering food to those with discerning taste. The HongYan team adheres to the authentic Cantonese principles of "understanding ingredients, knowing the season, and mastering adaptation." Having traveled far and wide to gather inspiration, they infuse traditional Cantonese flavors with the delicacy of Western cooking. Using seasonal, fresh ingredients as their foundation, they pursue quality to the utmost, allowing century-old Cantonese tastes to evolve with novelty. Every bite is a resonance of craftsmanship and creativity.

We offer a daily set menu, thoughtfully designed around two themes: “Classic Cantonese” and “Creative Fusion”, ensuring that each visit brings new and delightful surprises.
Classic Cantonese – Honouring the essence of traditional Cantonese cuisine, from slow-simmered double-boiled soups to wok-fried classics, capturing the soulful flavours that define this rich culinary heritage.
Creative Fusion – Rooted in Cantonese tradition while embracing global ingredients and modern cooking techniques, this selection creates unexpected flavour harmonies where the familiar meets the extraordinary.

Hong Yan is located on the 1 floor of the AKVO Hotel in the heart of Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
