泓宴團隊始終堅信,粵菜的魂從非固化的菜譜,而是老廣祖輩相傳的“識材、知時、善變”。這份信念,驅動著他們在粵味創新之路上不斷前行。

“Hong” gathers the freshest delights from rivers and seas, containing profound depth; “Yan” carries the flavors of past and present to feast those with discerning taste. The name HongYan has long held a sincere devotion to Cantonese cuisine — deeply rooted in the natural essence of the Pearl River Delta, while also embracing the sophisticated philosophy of culinary arts from all corners of the world.

 

The HongYan team has always believed that the soul of Cantonese cuisine is never a fixed recipe, but rather the ancestral wisdom of Cantonese people: "Understanding ingredients, knowing the season, and mastering adaptation."
